Therapy can be flexible or structured, I like to work with you to get the right fit.
The first session will involve a set of questions so I can get to know a bit about you and understand how you got to where you are today. We don’t have to uncover all your secrets or traumas, it is a time to get to know each other.
Near the end of the first session, I will talk about some ideas of how therapy could look and what things we might work on. You can let me know what sounds like it might work, and we can adjust as we work together.

You will have some forms on your first visit. Follow-on sessions might have paper or online forms to track how things are going.
